The acclaimed documentary film Storm Surfers 3D finally arrives to Los Angeles for a premiere on Friday, July 19th, 2013 at the Chinese 6. Additionally, the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica will be hosting screenings on Saturday, July 20th and Sunday, July 21th.

The award-winning film, produced by XLrator Media, is an adventure documentary starring two-time world surfing champion Tom Carroll and big wave pioneer Ross Clarke-Jones. Directors Justin McMillan and Chris Nelius followed these two best friends around the world as they venture on a crazy mission to ride the biggest and most dangerous waves. Toni Collette narrates the film with appearances by professional surfers Kelly Slater, Mark Matthews and Paul Morgan. The 3D effect gives the audience an intense experience that allows them to feel as if they they are riding these monstrous waves themselves.
