After a whirl-wind Fiji Pro filled with outstanding performances across the board, the Men’s Galaxy Championship Tour will hit Southern California shores for it’s next stop: the Hurley Pro at Trestles.
Lowers is a favorite stop for many of the competitors, and with rankings coming into play and becoming more set in stone after the Fiji Pro, this leg of the world tour is that much more important if anyone is looking to retain or improve their position.
With a predicted south swell to hit right as the competition window opens, the Hurley Pro as well as the Swatch Women’s Pro on the women’s CT should both be set with good, surf-able conditions. Will Jordy Smith defend his championship? Will Stephanie Gilmore be able to compete? Stay tuned!
