Alejo Muniz’s latest short film, Living for Today exemplifies his explosive and high energy surf style, highlighted by his fierce competitive edge.
The Brazilian is most recently coming off a first place finish at the Burton Automotive Pro, the fifth leg of the Men’s Qualifying Series held in Merewether Beach, Newcastle, Australia (Feb. 16-22). His driving determination to get back onto the World Championship Tour is making Muniz more focused than ever, and it’s obvious when seeing him attack even the smallest waves that roll through in the film, Living for Today.
Selected as the WSL Wildcard in the Drug Aware Margaret River Pro, Muniz is continuing to push himself to regain his spot on tour. As events in 2015 carry on, the Brazilian is definitely not someone to be taken lightly, and is sure to impress through his performances this year.
