When it comes to training for the Sochi 2014 Winter Games, three-time Olympic medalist Julia Mancuso doesn’t spend her off-season locked up inside a gym. Instead, she heads to Hawaii, where surfing, free diving and outdoor workouts are staples in getting her prepared for the rigors of the Alpine skiing season.
