Jesse “Life Rolls On” Billauer has been inspiring people all over the world since his surfing accident nearly 17 years ago. As a quadriplegic, he continues to surf his favorite waves with some of his best friends. Hurley presents California footage of Billauer with surfing musicians Jason Mraz and Rob Machado, enjoying some rolling rights on a sunny day at Malibu’s Surfrider Beach. With the help of technology, Billauer has been able to use a new board that allows him to get in and out of waves without assistance.
