The Agenda Show 2012 kicked off in Long Beach, California, during the US Open of Surfing as hundreds of brands rocked their apparel for the invite-only attendees. Agenda is where action sports and streetwear join in sweet matrimony to create a vital device for well reputable brands, as well as the up-and-comers to rep the apparel they have purposefully designed. This year’s Agenda Show in Long Beach hosted top brands, such as: GoPro, Dark Seas, Billabong, Roxy, G-Shock, Nixon, O’Neill, Oakley, and Rusty. However, the most exciting part of the event is the debut of some of the earliest forms of the soon-to-be most talked about brands, like We All Ride, Tavik, Freewaters and Hang Ten Gold. With all of these companies combined, the action sports industry was overflowing with style and innovation.
The House of Marley is another company that joined the Agenda Show with a cause in mind. The House of Marley product line consists of audio systems, headphones and bags that are as stylish as they are useful. Not only are they hitting the market with earth friendly materials including FSC-certified woods and recyclable aluminum, they are committed to supporting 1Love, the Marley Family Charitable Organization.
STRGHT Street Skateboards were another Agenda standout with their hand-crafted skate decks and elaborate designs. Designed for the creative lifestyle, STRGHT focuses on the combination of vintage shapes and modern innovation. STRGHT displays originality through hand etching their decks to offer a timeless look to a classic shape, all handmade in the USA.
